The Ultimate Little House Fan Experience

Presented by Prairie Legacy Productions and the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, this three-day celebration invites fans to relive the magic of the beloved television series in the very places where iconic episodes like Someone Please Love Me, Sweet Sixteen, and The In-Laws were filmed.

Meet your favorite cast members, snap photos, collect autographs, and take part in exclusive fan experiences. Plus, don’t miss the premiere screening of Little House Homecoming—a brand-new documentary exploring the show's lasting legacy (separate ticket required).

Extend your adventure with a self-guided tour through California’s stunning Gold Country, where you can visit legendary Little House filming locations. Explore Railtown 1897, home to the show’s train scenes, and take in breathtaking views at Donnell Vista, Iceberg Meadow, and Kennedy Meadows, featured in classics like The Lord Is My Shepherd and The Campout. A map of filming locations will be available soon—stay tuned!

Be among the lucky group of fans who will enjoy an unforgettable evening at Railtown 1897 State Historic Park where numerous episodes of Little House on the Prairie were filmed, and ride behind the legendary steam locomotive #3 on an exclusive Wine and Cheese Train while meeting with cast members! Your ticket includes:

  • Complimentary pours of award-winning local wine from Inner Sanctum Cellars (sparkling cider and water also available), and delicious cheeses in the depot Carriage Room.
  • Live music by the Black Irish Band on the depot platform.
  • Exclusive access to the historic roundhouse to view vintage steam locomotives and rolling stock.

Tickets for the Wine and Cheese Train provide access solely to this experience and do not include entry to meet-and-greets, VIP dining, or the screening of Little House Homecoming in Columbia. Due to limited space and time, cast autographs and merchandise will not be offered during this experience. Selfies with cast members aboard the train can be taken at each cast member’s discretion. Engine #3 is scheduled to pull the train, assisted by a vintage diesel locomotive. Due to its age, Engine #3’s operation is not guaranteed. If unavailable, a diesel locomotive will substitute, with no refunds or discounts.
